We combine expert skill with playful, modern ideas to create small joyful treats that are full of personality and bursting with flavour.

In 2020, pastry chef Orlando Partner set out to prove that high-end patisserie didn’t have to be exclusive. CHOUX BOX was born u2014 a space dedicated to all things choux.

Orlando Partner

Born and raised in Frome, Somerset, Orlando spent over 10 years working as a pastry chef in Michelin-starred kitchens across the UK before deciding to start something of his own.

Orlando has taken the French classic of a choux bun and reinvented it as a modern masterpiece, combining classical French technique with playful flavours and locally sourced ingredients.

What started as a lockdown project in 2020 u2014 delivering choux buns to the local community from two trailers u2014 quickly became a Bath favourite. CHOUX BOX opened its first site in October 2020 and hasn’t looked back.
